Lenny's Shoe & Apparel

My largest client since 2011, Lenny's Shoe & Apparel is a highly successful, family-owned business. I am responsible for all aspects of marketing and advertising six retail stores and an online store. I manage the annual marketing budget and complete all media buying and content creation. For the brick and mortar stores, I develop and maintain the annual advertising calendar, organize in-store sales and fundraising events, and write press releases to connect with local media outlets. I design all advertising materials including newsprint ads, signage, business cards, flyers and billboards. I create television concepts, locate and outfit talent, and work with a video production team to plan television shoots and edit sessions. On the digital side, I manage an internal team and work with a web development firm to maintain robust ecommerce website. I have grown our email marketing program and target over 18,000 qualified customers with bimonthly email blasts. I manage our digital presence and utilize Google tools and social media channels including Facebook and Instagram.

Vermont Gatherings

The Senior Account Executive at Comcast contacted me to replatform and rebuild the website for Vermont Gatherings, the area's premier producer of local festivals. I restructured, redirected, and consolidated all domains and events to one central website. After a highly successful website launch in 2022, I helped claim and organize 6 social media accounts and created vector logos for the company and their 10 annual events. I quickly became responsible for handling all aspects of marketing and advertising for Vermont Gatherings. I manage the annual marketing budget and complete all media buying and content creation. I purchase television, radio, print and digital ads. I design all advertising materials including newsprint ads, signage, banners, stickers, and promotional items. I create television concepts and work with a video production team to plan television shoots and edit sessions. I write radio ad scripts for all annual events. On the digital side, I created and manage our Google Business Profile, YouTube Channel, and MailChimp email marketing program. I have expanded our email marketing program and target over 12,000 engaged patrons with regular email blasts. I control social media channels utilizing Meta Business Suite to create, schedule, and manage content on Facebook and Instagram for all annual events.

Burlington Housing Authority

Since 2022 I have been providing graphic design services and digital format support to the Burlington Housing Authority, serving the greater Burlington community since 1961 with housing that is affordable, rental assistance, and support services. I format a magnitude of housing application forms using Microsoft Word, maintaining easy of access and editability for BHA staff. I create fillable PDF forms and make changes to applications as needed. I have designed a wide array of print collateral including invitations, tri-fold brochures, and social media ads. 

Heating and Cooling Contractors of Vermont

I built this non-profit trade association website using Weebly, designing it to serve both contractors and consumers. It features training schedules with sign-up forms, job postings with application links, and downloadable consumer education materials. I regularly update the training schedule as new classes are added, existing classes fill, or sessions conclude.

Karen's Artisan Popcorn

Built using Shopify, I developed this ecommerce website for Karen's yummy, small-batch popcorn handmade in Vermont.  This website tells Karen's story and highlights her popcorn through strong imagery and multiple ways to shop. I set up popcorn subscriptions, flavor pages, a recipe blog and multiple contact forms. I also created an email sign up form and set up email automations. Then I connected all of Karen's social media accounts to the website and set up her free Google Business listing so everyone can easily find Karen's Artisan Popcorn online and order through her website.

Boneyard Farm

Boneyard Farm is a diversified farm in Cambridge run by Hannah, John, and their two young sons. Together, they raise non-GMO pastured pork and chicken, rich-yolked free-range eggs, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, and create amazing pickles, jams, and chutneys. In March 2021 they bought a 180-acre farm and contacted me to create new labels for their expanding line of farm fresh goodies. I researched and purchased a high-quality, food grade label printer and created ready to print label designs that they could quickly update and print at home on the farm.

Oh My Dawg Daycare

Laura, owner of Oh My Dawg, contacted me to create a logo for her in home doggy daycare. She requested something fresh and bright in a country/farmhouse style. She loved the logo designs so much that she choose two, and had me create shirts, banners, yard signs and business cards.

Lot Lines

Cory, owner and operator of Lot Lines, contacted me to create a logo for his line striping and power sweeping business. This logo represents his business and incorporates his fun personality. I created graphics for his truck and work trailer, business cards and art files for his stencils.  Built using Weebly, I developed this service oriented website to include a portfolio of Cory's work, list of services and a contact form. I set up set up his free Google Business listing so prospective customers will find Lot Lines online when searching for a local line striper in Vermont, NH or Northern NY.

​VADA - Vermont Vehicle & Automotive Distributors Association

Built using Weebly, I developed this member focused website for VADA, a trade association representing the interests of the automotive industry.  This website is chock full of resource links and critical information for automobile dealers in Vermont. It includes advocacy resources, archives and industry information. There is a password protected member resources section along with clearly defined public consumer resources and a search bar on every page. 

​Chittenden Home Improvement

​Built using Weebly, I developed this service oriented website for Aaron and Kyle, Vermont contractors with 20 years of combined experience in the construction industry. This website features a portfolio of their work, list of services, contact form and links to their Facebook business page. I set up their free Google Business listing so prospective customers will find them online when searching for a local contractor.

Erika Farmer Tarot

Erika contacted me to create a logo for her tarot reading business, where she provides divine guidance in uncertain times.  I also provided a free marketing consultation with strategies to launch her business. I ran an ad campaign on Front Porch Forum, Seven Days and Spirit of Change magazine. This campaign successfully curated her first clients.

Built using WordPress, I developed this blog based website for Paula to showcase her published neuroscience news articles and current blog articles on brain advances. This website ​features a writing portfolio, active blog and donation button linked to PayPal. ​I also created an email sign up form, pop up subscription form, and set up email automations. Then I connected all of Brenda's social media accounts to the website and set up her free Google Business listing so everyone can access the wealth of information Brenda shares on neurosciences news to better your life.

This is the first business I ever started, selling transformational hair combs. I created a logo, gathered my friends to model for a photoshoot, and created fitting instructional videos. Built using Weebly, I developed this ecommerce website to showcase my products and hair style instructional videos. I organized the store by hair comb color and added PayPal and Google payment options.
