I am responsible for all aspects of marketing and advertising six retail stores and an online store. I manage the annual marketing budget and complete all media buying and content creation. For the brick and mortar stores, I develop and maintain the annual advertising calendar, organize in-store sales and fundraising events, and write press releases to connect with local media outlets. I design all advertising materials including newsprint ads, signage, business cards, flyers and billboards. I create television concepts, locate and outfit talent, and work with a video production team to plan television shoots and edit sessions. On the digital side, I manage an internal team and work with a web development firm to maintain robust ecommerce website. I have grown our email marketing program and target over 18,000 qualified customers with bimonthly email blasts. Vermont GatheringsThe Senior Account Executive at Comcast contacted me to replatform and rebuild the website for Vermont Gatherings, the area's premier producer of local festivals. I restructured, redirected, and consolidated all domains and events to one central website. After a highly successful website launch in 2022, I helped claim and organize 6 social media accounts and created vector logos for the company and their 10 annual events. I quickly became responsible for handling all aspects of marketing and advertising for Vermont Gatherings. I manage the annual marketing budget and complete all media buying and content creation. I purchase television, radio, print and digital ads. I design all advertising materials including newsprint ads, signage, banners, stickers, and promotional items. I create television concepts and work with a video production team to plan television shoots and edit sessions. I write radio ad scripts for all annual events. On the digital side, I created and manage our Google Business Profile, YouTube Channel, and MailChimp email marketing program. I have expanded our email marketing program and target over 12,000 engaged patrons with regular email blasts. I control social media channels utilizing Meta Business Suite to create, schedule, and manage content on Facebook and Instagram for all annual events.

Burlington Housing Authority
Since 2022 I have been providing graphic design services and digital format support to the Burlington Housing Authority, serving the greater Burlington community since 1961 with housing that is affordable, rental assistance, and support services. I format a magnitude of housing application forms using Microsoft Word, maintaining easy of access and editability for BHA staff. I create fillable PDF forms and make changes to applications as needed. I have designed a wide array of print collateral including invitations, tri-fold brochures, and social media ads.

Heating and Cooling Contractors of VermontI built this non-profit trade association website using Weebly, designing it to serve both contractors and consumers. It features training schedules with sign-up forms, job postings with application links, and downloadable consumer education materials. I regularly update the training schedule as new classes are added, existing classes fill, or sessions conclude.

Karen's Artisan PopcornBuilt using Shopify, I developed this ecommerce website for Karen's yummy, small-batch popcorn handmade in Vermont. This website tells Karen's story and highlights her popcorn through strong imagery and multiple ways to shop. I set up popcorn subscriptions, flavor pages, a recipe blog and multiple contact forms. Boneyard FarmBoneyard Farm is a diversified farm in Cambridge run by Hannah, John, and their two young sons. Together, they raise non-GMO pastured pork and chicken, rich-yolked free-range eggs, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, and create amazing pickles, jams, and chutneys. In March 2021 they bought a 180-acre farm and contacted me to create new labels for their expanding line of farm fresh goodies. I researched and purchased a high-quality, food grade label printer and created ready to print label designs that they could quickly update and print at home on the farm.
